Thank you for purchasing an individual season pass to the BOPARC Ice Arena. Your individual pass is good for all regular and holiday public skating sessions. Special events and programs require an additional fee. Sessions included are Wednesday (Noon-2pm & 7:15pm-9:15pm), Friday ( Noon-2:30pm, 7-9pm), Saturday (1pm-3pm & 7-9pm), and Sunday (1:pm-3pm). Pass is valid during holiday public sessions- Thanksgiving and Winter Break weeks ONLY. Pass is not valid for special events or programs including but not limited to- Totsicles, Coffee Club, Out of School Time Skates, or Pick-Up Hockey.
Please make sure you upload a picture, aka a selfie, to each pass. You will be prompted to do so after your payment is processed. A picture is required for each pass and it must match the name on the pass. If a picture is missing at first use, the person presenting the pass will be be photographed and assigned to the pass. Pictures cannot be changed once assigned to a pass.
Your season pass is required for entry at every session you attend. Your pass can be presented for entry in one of two ways:
1- Digitally: Via your phones "wallet" or a picture of your pass saved in your phone's photo gallery. Purchasing for someone else? Simply text them a picture of their pass. Your digital pass will not show the pass holders picture, only the QR code associated with the pass. Picture will populate on the staff side at point of scan
2- Paper Copy: You must print a paper copy of your pass at home. Your printed copy will not show the pass holders picture, only the QR code associated with the pass. Picture will populate on the staff side at the point of scan.
Upon arrival at the rink, scan your pass at the customer service desk. Recreation assistant will provide further instructions for successful entry. All season passes include skate rental. Price is not reduced for those who have own skates.
Pass may be revoked by BOPARC at anytime for any reason without refund.
